Online Quran classes in Dublin, without the M50.
From Swords to Bray, Dublin children and adults are studying the Quran with us one-to-one, live on a screen at home. Each class is taught by a qualified teacher, women teachers can be requested, and you pick the time.
A city that has spread along the M50
Greater Dublin has grown outward to Swords, Blanchardstown, Lucan and Tallaght, and for many families an evening class across the city means the M50 at rush hour or a long ride on the Luas or DART with children in tow.
Studying online takes that journey out of the week entirely. A child in Clondalkin and a parent in Dún Laoghaire can learn at the same kind of hour with the same kind of teacher, and the only commute is to the kitchen table.

Our hours in Irish time
Irish clocks match Britain's, five hours ahead of New York for most of the year, so lessons that run 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM in New York run from late morning (11:00 AM) until the small hours in Dublin.
After school, every weekday
Any hour from the end of the school day until late at night can be booked.
Weekends from late morning
Saturday and Sunday lessons start from late morning Irish time.
Changeover weeks in spring and autumn
Ireland moves its clocks on the last Sundays of March and October, out of step with North America for a few weeks, when our first Dublin slot is 10:00 AM.

Online Quran classes for families across Dublin, Swords, Tallaght, Blanchardstown, Lucan, and Bray
Lessons are live video calls, so Clondalkin, Dún Laoghaire, Malahide and Maynooth are as close to a class as the city centre.
Why families in Dublin choose us
Lessons for Dublin families can start any time from 11:00 AM and finish late at night, Irish time, every day, so the class follows school, dinner or the commute home rather than the M50. Students in Swords, Tallaght, Blanchardstown, Lucan and Bray each get a qualified teacher to themselves from our 100+, and a woman teacher if they prefer. Since 2010 we have taught this way, 2,500+ students learn with us now, and the opening class is a free 30-minute trial.
Dark winter afternoons and the Irish school year
In December the sun sets in Dublin a little after four, so for families who keep the time around Maghrib for prayer, the evening starts early and a lesson after Maghrib sits comfortably before dinner. Around midsummer the sky stays light until close to ten, by which point the same slot would be far too late for children.
Irish schools take mid-term breaks at the end of October and in February, two weeks at Christmas and at Easter, and a long summer that starts in late May or June depending on the school. Each break is a natural point to move between a winter and a summer lesson time, and the long summer is worth keeping at least some revision going through.
Families who moved to Dublin from abroad sometimes find that the weekly rhythm of a lesson is the one routine that travels with them. A one-on-one class at a fixed time each week is easy to keep through a move, a new school and a new neighbourhood.
What Dublin families ask before enrolling
What hours can we book in Dublin?
Bookings open at 11:00 AM Irish time and run until late at night, every day, for most of the year.
Is the service the same in Swords or Bray?
Yes. Swords, Tallaght, Blanchardstown, Lucan, Bray and the rest of County Dublin are served by the same teachers on the same hours.
Is a different summer lesson time a good idea?
Many families do, because Maghrib moves from a little after four in December to about ten in June.
Is there a woman teacher for my daughter?
Yes. Female teachers are available for girls and women — just ask when you book your free trial.
