Most of the state is not Boston

Massachusetts is a long state, and a family in Springfield, Pittsfield or New Bedford is a long way from the classes clustered around Boston. A weekly drive along the Mass Pike to reach a teacher is not a realistic plan for a school night.

An online lesson puts a family in Worcester County or the Pioneer Valley on exactly the same footing as one in Cambridge. The teacher is a video call away, wherever in the state you live.

Our hours in Massachusetts

No conversion is needed anywhere in the state: Massachusetts lessons run from 6:00 AM until 11:30 PM, seven days a week.

For families far from Boston

Western and central Massachusetts get the same hours and the same teachers as the city.

Evenings until 11:30 PM

Classes run until 11:30 PM, so teenagers and adults can book late.

Nor'easter days

A storm that shuts the schools need not cancel class, as long as the power and connection hold.

Serving Massachusetts and beyond

Online Quran classes for families across Massachusetts, including Worcester, Springfield, Lowell, Brockton, and New Bedford

Because lessons are online, families in Pittsfield, Amherst, Framingham, Fall River and on Cape Cod have the same teachers and hours as families in Boston.

Why families in Massachusetts choose us

Massachusetts families can book from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM Eastern, every day, so Springfield and the Cape have exactly the choices Cambridge has, minus the drive. Your child learns alone with one of our 100+ qualified teachers, and households in Worcester, Lowell, Brockton and New Bedford can request a woman teacher. We have taught online since 2010, more than 2,500 students learn with us now, and you can try a free 30-minute trial class first.

Nor'easters and the Massachusetts year

Winter nor'easters bring heavy snow and wind to the whole state, and they can close schools and roads for a day or two at a time. Lessons at home can continue right through one, provided the house keeps its power and internet. For families in the hill towns of the west, where power lines run through long stretches of woodland, a storm is worth planning for: keep the support team's contact details handy.

Most Massachusetts districts start around the beginning of September and finish in June, with vacation weeks in February and April alongside Thanksgiving and the December holidays. In western Massachusetts and the Berkshires the winter is longer and colder than on the coast, and an at-home lesson is the easiest routine to keep through it.

Massachusetts' older industrial cities, among them Lowell, Lawrence, Brockton, Fall River and New Bedford, can sit an hour or more from Boston in traffic, and families there have often had to choose between a long weekly drive and no structured class at all. A one-on-one online lesson gives them a third option.

What Massachusetts families ask before enrolling

Do you teach outside Boston?

Yes. Worcester, Springfield, Lowell, Pittsfield and New Bedford families choose from the same teachers and hours as Boston families.

When can we book?

Seven days a week, starting as early as 6:00 AM and running until 11:30 PM Eastern.

What happens when a nor'easter closes schools?

If the power and internet stay on at home, class goes ahead. If a storm knocks out your power or internet, contact our support team as soon as you can and they'll review the missed class under our make-up policy.

Can we ask for a woman teacher?

Yes. Female teachers are available for girls and women — just ask when you book your free trial.
