A headache/ cephalic is a pain anywhere in the region of the head or neck. It can be a result or a symptom of several different conditions of the head and neck. There are more than 200 types of headaches. Some are harmless, and some are life-threatening.
According to the National Headache Foundation, over 45 million Americans suffer from chronic, recurring headaches, and of these, 28 million suffer from migraines. About 20% of children and adolescents also experience significant problems.
With the ever-increasing number of people affected by Headaches who do not even find consolation in painkilling drugs. It’s time they turned to the Quranic way of Healing headaches. Here are a few Supplications that are proven useful in curing Headaches.
Supplications to Combat Headache
No headache will they have therefrom, nor will they be intoxicated –
Recite it thrice and Blow on yourself (Blow on your hands slide them over your head) to get rid of headaches
And with the truth We have sent the Qur’an down, and with the truth it has descended. And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a bringer of good tidings and a warner.
Recite it thrice and Blow on yourself (Blow on your hands slide them over where your headaches)
قُلْ مَنْ رَبُّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ قُلِ اللَّهُ قُلْ أَفَاتَّخَذْتُمْ مِنْ دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ لَا يَمْلِكُونَ لِأَنْفُسهِمْ نَفْعًا وَلَا ضَرًّا
13:16
Say, “Who is Lord of the heavens and earth?” Say, ” Allah .” Say, “Have you then taken besides Him allies not possessing [even] for themselves any benefit or any harm?”
Put your hand over the area of headache and Recite it thrice
Put your hand over your for-head and Recite it 41 times and blow on yourself. Insha Allah, Allah will ease your pain.
ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ
Indeed, He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.
Put your hand over your for-head and Recite it thrice and blow on yourself.
You do not have to recite all the supplications simultaneously. Instead, you can describe any of these supplications with complete trust in Allah, and a staunch believer that He has absolute supreme power over everything. And with the knowledge that HE’s listening to you and that Indeed HE listens to our pleas. and Insha’a Allah, HE’ll rid you of your headache. 🙂
Also, it’s better to perform ablution first, and you should always say all your prayers to get your duas returned. 🙂
