Ustadha Nany Mohamed Abdelghafar
Nany Abdelghafar holds an Ijazah in the reading of 'Asim, in both the Hafs and Shu'bah transmissions, from Sheikh Mahmoud Al-Houfy at the centre of Dr Ahmed Eisa Al-Ma'sarawi, with a certificate of authentication from the centre. She has memorized Tuhfat al-Atfal and the matn of Ibn Al-Jazari, and holds a distinction certificate in the Al-Azhar examinations at Dar Al-Ihsan.
She has taught Quran at Dar Al-Ihsan in Alexandria since 2004 and has taught Quran to Muslims abroad through Studio Arabiya since 2016. Her first degree is from the Kindergarten Department of the Faculty of Education, Alexandria University — formal training in teaching the youngest children.
