Ahmed Mohamed Abdelaziz holds an Ijazah in Tajweed from the Qira'at Institute of Cairo (Al-Khazendara), and an Ijazah in the recitation of Hafs 'an 'Asim from Sheikh Ahmed Hamed Aal Teama. He has memorized the Quran, along with the classical texts of Tuhfat al-Atfal and the Jazariyyah.
He has studied in the advanced qira'at programme at the Qira'at Institute of Cairo, which sits under Al-Azhar. His first degree is a Bachelor of Commerce.
