Why Tajweed Is Important

Let’s know the importance of Tajweed in Quran recitation.
The Qur’an is the word of ALLAH– every syllable of this noble legislation is from ALLAH. So it demands to be written, listened to, and read with great care and perfection. Listening to the Qur’an and recited correctly is enough to so often even the hardest of hearts. Muslims and non-Muslims alike find it a profoundly moving experience even if they do not understand what is said. The most outstanding example of this fact is the reversion of Hazrat Umer bin Khattab (r.a). Indeed, the Quran recited in a beautiful voice that melted the heart of a person as harsh as Umer bin Khattab.
Being a Muslim, Quran recitation is a part of our daily five times prayer. Still, we often think reciting Quran with proper rules and tajweed is essential for professionals only, which is very wrong. A book as great as the Holy Quran does deserve your efforts for conveying its message appropriately.
