Innocent martyrs of army public school who never knew the actual meaning and definition of the martyr. But they are called martyrs.

“You will never die, you are a martyr.”

The Prophet (PBUH) said:

“Nobody who enters Paradise likes to go back to the world even if he got everything on the earth, except a Mujahid who wishes to return to the world so that he may be martyred ten times because of the dignity he receives (from Allah).”

Quran says:

“And say not of those who are slain (martyr)  in the way of Allah: ‘They are dead.’  Nay, they are living, though ye perceive (it) not.

Allah states that even though the martyrs were killed in this life, their souls are alive and receiving provisions in the Dwelling of Everlasting Life.

Martyr Definition:

Martyr’s definition in Islam is different. As Muslim we believe that martyrs are not dead they are alive. The above Noble Verses clearly state that Muslims must not think that Martyrs are dead. They are raised to Allah Almighty in Heaven, and they are rejoicing the Bounty and Grace that is provided by Allah Almighty to them.

Those little kids are our martyrs; they are indeed in great dignity. May God bless the families of the victim’s strength to bear such a great loss. Amin!

Without a doubt, what has happened today in Peshawar is a haunting event and a terrible, terrible tragedy. I pray that may Allah have mercy on us as individuals and as a nation. Truly these are times of great fitnah!

I advise myself and all my sisters and brothers to not let shaytan deceive you in these times. I realize that the natural response people have is to get glued to their TV screens, read every newspaper, and have extended discussions over the coffee table whenever great difficulties befall us; but I urge you not to get distracted, rather, run to the Messenger of Allah (SAW).

The Prophet (SAW) said,

“Worship in the time of ‘harj’ is like making hijrah towards me.”

[Muslim, 2948]

The scholars explained “harj” as being mass killings, great fitnah, and the people’s affairs becoming chaotic.

So increase in your worship, make more dua, make more Tauba, make more zikr, read more Qur’an, weep before your Lord, seek repentance for your sins, promise to change your ways of disobedience to that of obedience of Allah.

Dear brothers and sisters, it is time to join hands together and to pray for martyrs and their families. Let us join some words for their loved ones

The loss of a loved one is so hard to face,
you just want to hide,
go somewhere and escape!
But death is something,
we all must go through,
I know it’s hard,
when it’s somebody you liked and knew.

Just know now,
he is in a better place,
no more hurt or pain shall he face.
It seems unfair and yes this is true,
but he’s in Heaven currently
watching over ME and you!

God has called him home to rest!!
And he is being well taken care of
Because God is aware of the best!

REWARD for Martyrs:

(Their souls are inside green birds that have lamps, which are hanging below the Throne (of Allah), and they wander about in Paradise wherever they wish. Then they return to those lamps.

Allah looks at them and says, `Do you wish for anything’ They say, `What more could we wish for, while we go wherever we wish in Paradise’.

Allah asked them this question thrice. And when they realize that He will keep asking them until they give an answer, they say, `O Lord! We wish that our souls be returned to our bodies so that we are killed in your cause again.’ Allah knew that they did not have any other wish, so they were left.)”’

May those innocent angel-like children RIP. My deepest thoughts and prayers are with their parents and loved ones.
